any suggest ?
I'm not aware of how it would be possible in the router. I see a serious problem with ANY internet access at that point.
For example, if a user wants to go to Google.com, the computer will send the packet to the router at 192.168.1.1, which would then pass it to the next hop. If you have 192.168.1.1 redirected to msn.com's IP, it wouldn't get past there.
You could do some sorts of redirection with an internal web server that would get to the outside internet or you could possibly do some redirection with a different LAN address (such as 192.168.1.2 as a second address on the router).

Does the client access the IP by number or by name? If by name then you have some ability to control that through DNS.
