How to setup a secure ftp server on Windows server?
This is using MS Windows Server 2012 R2. We intend to setup a ftp server for uploading/downloading soft codes. I heard that we can establish a self-signed or even a 3rd-party based ssl certificate to form a secure ftp server. I intend to use MS Certificate services for the ssl cert so as user not only has to type in their password, but also they must present the cert as well.
Any alternative methods are welcome. Appreciate if you can share how to make this works, thanks.

Thanks for both expert Sam and expert Martin in suggesting using filezilla server. This server works great.
I won't get into a FTP diatribe, but I will suggest NOT using a Microsoft's FTP server (service), and go with a commercial solution that supports, ftp, sftp, ftps, note these are not all the same... and setup/configuration.
WRT to SSL certificates... if this is all internal corporate access or within the same "secure" network... self signed is OK.
