Forward multiple users email from exchange 2010 to Google G-suite without pointing mx records to Google

Without changing the MX records at DNS host to point to google, then setup routing at google level...

Is it possible to create a Transport Rule in Exchange 2010 to forward email sent to multiple google g-suite users based on criteria without having to create a seperate Transport Rule for each user

e.g. If mail is sent to blind copy the email to

but if mail is sent to blind copy the email to

Well based on your requirement, you will need to create Transport rule for for each rule, alternatively you can create Contacts in Exhange and then set forwarding directly from User properties.

Ok thanks Gaurav. I was hoping that I didnt have to create seperate contacts either.

If anyone has any other ideas of how i can achieve this would be great

You don't have to create a contact or a transport rule to forward messages to an external target.  Try these commands to create a forward without a contact object...

Set-Mailbox "" -ForwardingSmtpAddress "" -DeliverToMailboxAndForward:$true
Set-Mailbox "" -ForwardingSmtpAddress "" -DeliverToMailboxAndForward:$true
