Whether List of update, Differ between Images, How to manage using WSUS ?
While performing Image Testing, If Images created using different version (Build) , To test two Image (2013/ 2017 with different build), is there any difference in the updates that get downloaded using WSUS. If yes, Then how to manage using WSUS ?

I understand, We have some selections under "Product and Classifications". So we can download the related patch w.r.to the image i.e., the combination of Windows/Build/Server/ Bit.
but to get closer to the question. How the patch download differs w.r.to different images and do we have any specific settings to download.

What's the OS version of the images? windows updates based on OS version and build I.e -Windows 10 build 1607, 1703, 1709 etc. If it's Windows 7 then SP1 64bit, 32 bit etc.
For servers it's based on 32bit, 64 bit then R2 etc.
There are no specific settings in WSUS but you need to specify the OS version in Products and Classification section.
