Strange message on Cisco IP Phones

Cisco Call Manager Express with Cisco 7970 IP Phones.   All phones are displaying the message "3:Forwarded to 046" in the lower left hand corner of the display.  This happened all of a sudden.  This does not match the display message configured in the CME.  I have tried changing the message and a hard reset of both the phones, CME and IADD.User generated image

It means line 3 is being forwarded. Take out the forwarding and you'll see your system message.

There was really no line 3.  The problem turned out to be that one of the door speakerphones had somehow gotten forwarded.  Not sure how this happened, since they only have one button.  I found the issue after reviewing the configuration file.
