There was really no line 3. &nbsp;The problem turned out to be that one of the door speakerphones had somehow gotten forwarded. &nbsp;Not sure how this happened, since they only have one button. &nbsp;I found the issue after reviewing the configuration file.

Cisco Call Manager Express with Cisco 7970 IP Phones.   All phones are displaying the message "3:Forwarded to 046" in the lower left hand corner of the display.  This happened all of a sudden.
