how to determine how many seats avail for a room

we have a new receptionist. in exchange, our rooms are configured to show how many seats.  how can the receptionist know how many seats if she has access to the rooms on her calendar?

Assuming the mailbox is a room mailbox and that info has been previously entered and the receptionist is a booking delegate.

If the receptionist is setting up a new meeting, have her click on "Invite Attendees", and then click the "Rooms" button to the right of the "Location" field.  It will open something similar to a GAL and show the capacity.

Or... When in the user's personal calendar, select "Open Calendar" and select "From Room List".  It will show the capacity.
