I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try this.

=VLOOKUP(B3,Sheet2!A:B,2,0)

Try this one

=VLOOKUP(B3,Sheet2!A4:B8,2,0)

first parameter was what you going to look
second parameter in the vlookup is table array(i.e=> A,Bcolumn) so u need to specify range like A:B
third one is index if u have A,B,C u need result of C then it ill be 3
fourth one is exact match or approximate match
