When you say "select an number" do you mean "double-click a number"? If so, what should be done differently than what is done doe?

Unless you can say something specific like "If I double click cell A1273 in sheet1, then the data in sheet1 from row 1200 to 1300 should appear in sheet2 starting in row 4" I can't be sure what you want.

In the sample workbook, on Sheet2, why is the week below the selected number labeled as week 1?

That's not what I mean. Why is it W1 and not W4 since there are 3 weeks above it?

That doesn't answer my question. Why does it say W1? It's the 4th week of data so why doesn't it say W4?
