OneDrive Shared Folders Not Showing Up

We just started using OneDrive with our Office 365 business - i went on my machine, and created a new folder, and shared with a few users in my organization. They received the link in their email, and opened it fine, however, they do not see the folder when they open their OneDrive shortcut, did i miss something?

Do you mean they can see the shared folder in a web browser but not in the sync folder on their desktops?

Vasil Michev (MVP)Commented:
That's the expected behavior, syncing Shared files/folders is only possible if you initiate the process via the browser.

Alexandre- that's correct, they can see on the web browser under Shared With Me but not on the desktop tool.

You have to go to web browser then hit Sync, then it works.
