What else I can do if I don't have to use ms excel.is there any other way
Then you can use Linux Vi Editor if you have. There you can get it done in xml or csv format.

If "golan" means "golang" a simple Google search will "reveal" a ton of ways to handle your issue.
If you don't have Excel try Open Office (which is free)
If your data is "tab separated" use tab as the delimiter.
I think you will have to manually go through all your data and fill in the blanks (with a delimiter)
where fields are blank.

It will be a cumbersome task to replace all spaces with delimiter, Because there are millions of entries.
We need more information - What program is the data in at the moment - does it have an export option?
If it's tab separated text at present and you have tabs in empty fields you
can do it all automatically with excel.
You will need a good 64 bit PC with plenty of memory.

Is there any fixed format to your Text file? Is relevant fields in fixed position? If yes, you can load such Text file into Excel, and further save Excel file into a csv format file.
