We setup up a Win 7 ultimate machine as a budget TS for a business. They have been using it for close to two months now and today they all recieved the "This copy of Windows is not Genuine" message and the "You might be a victim of software counterfitting..." which looks really bad on us. Even though our actual license key is genuine.
The machine is a VM and I stupidly used a Windows ISO we had stored on our system that someone else had put there. I downloaded HashCalc and the SHA1 checksum is 3463ee70647669d20a9757c20bb5f1e2da6a2a96 which doesnt match anything online. So I am 90% sure this ISO is some pirated crap. Is there any way to resolve this...?
I am pretty sure I will just need to setup a new VM using a genuine ISO but this will be a huge job migrating all their settings etc over, any suggestions on the best way to do this?

Hi Tom,
If you're sure that the ISO that was used isn't genuine, reinstall using a genuine ISO which can be obtained from here:
Is your concern that the installation image might contain something nasty (the rogue hash)? Or do you just want to fix the licensing nag?
BTW are your customers aware that using Win7 as a TS box is outside of licensing?

Well a bit of both, would like to be able to get rid of the licensing nag to begin with then seek a permanent solution.
If you're sure that the ISO that was used isn't genuine, reinstall using a genuine ISO which can be obtained from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
When you go to re-install, just select "Keep Everything" and you won't lose your programs or settings.
I hope that's helpful.
