ok,
the easiest way is to configure VLANs through GUI, complex wasy is through CLI. you need to know the port in patch panel (weather its connected to WLAN or computer on the other side), connect it to the switch and configure the port.

i.e. switch port 1 is connected to WLAN = VLAN10
switch port 2 is connected to LAN= VLAN1 (default)

in Cisco switches we do the following command line
en
conf t
interface giga 1/0/1
switchport access vlan 10

hold on a minute.
you have a netgear router, does it support having 2 SSID? also how are you connecting the Cisco AirCAP? you need to configure the WLC (Wireless Lan Controller) and then configure them the AirCaps, then configure the ports connecting the WLC to the switch.
for the VLANs you have have as many as you want: VLAN 1 for LAN, VLAN 2 for WLAN, VLAN 3 for Cams, etc.

you will need a lot of work. I can give you help but you will need onsite IT to do all of this, it's not easy or simple to do it. you have many configurations and testing to be done and my guess this can't be done here at EE. we can guide you but you need to do a lot of work from your side.,

cannot i connect , net-gear router to switch and from switch to access point again ? with out wlc can't we use this as standalone .

without cisco WLC you cannot connect the AirCap (as far as i know). you can connect the netgear to the switch, and then configure the switch port access on the switch. if you have many switches not on the same floor you need to make the switch port access on them.
