To clarify ... is the the iMac running the special OSX Server add-on?  If not .. then you may just be running regular OSX ... in this case there is not a separate DHCP server HOWEVER if you turn on the Internet Sharing feature (check the System Preferences :  Sharing) this will activate a specific DHCP service which is required to allow users to connect to the mac to share its Internet access.

No it is running OSX server addon, so how can I just disable the DHCP
There is NO specific option to enable or disable DHCP on OSX.

Did you look in the OSX : System Preferences under Sharing and see if Internet Sharing is enabled.  If YES then TURN IT OFF .. if NO then please report what sharing options are enabled.

Go to the Side bar.  Towards the bottom in the Advanced Menu (You might have to click advanced to drop down the advanced menu)
Select DHCP
On the top right, click the switch to turn off DHCP
