Mount NAS for FILE SHAre on a VM

How can I mount a NAS File share on a Windows Server not a host.
I created a volume in a Netapp with CIFS and NFS policy, Given my vm Root access to that Share. But I cannot understand how to mount it on the vm. I need this share to create a file share quorum on my multi sight cluster.

I want that to be a File Share , I want to create a file share quorum, I don't know what will be suitable for this.

NFS  is generally used for Linux/Unix, and there is no NFS client by default in Windows.

So a CIFS/SMB Windows File share is what Windows commonly uses.

So connect to it as a Windows Share.

You just map a share, e.g. net use * \\<servername>\<sharename>

that's Windows Share, SMB or CIFS

or complete at the GUI
