I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi,

Are you using an Exchange Server?

If not, then you can't do what you are trying to do.

If so, which version?

Alan.

i am using Office 16 and a stand alone from my desk.
when i try to see attached  --open up a group see picture
then i get the can not perform  box  see picture
and when i click on the show help box i get the third picture which makes no sense to me since i am not trying to do anything with a calendar.
the other think i have mentioned is that this error only occurs with this group.  other groups expand as they should.
Makes me think i have something wrong with someone in that group but i have no idea how to trouble shoot that.
Thanks for asking.....

Hi,

Is the group one that you have created in your Outlook, or is it a group coming from a correspondent that is on their Exchange Server (say)?

Thanks,

Alan.

Hi Kurt,

Are you able to delete and the re-create that group?

Does that solve the issue?

Thanks,

Alan.
