How can I save integers of a class and then be able to load the integers values back into their respective integers of the class?

Im making a program that keeps track of stats of a goalie(hockey) and need to be able to save each of the 6 Goalie classes I made and be able to load the stats(integers, doubles, and strings) back into the class for the next time someone uses that Goalie.
