Trey, if you do not have access to any of the recovery methods, then as noted, all you can do is contact twitter <a href="https://help.twitter.com/en/managing-your-account/log-in-issues" rel="ugc">https://help.twitter.com/en/managing-your-account/log-in-issues</a>&nbsp;and if that is part of the appeal process, then you just have to ride it out. &nbsp;While it may be frustrating, it is part of protecting the account.
