Speeding up syncing to a NTP server

Long story short, I am using Zerto for DR. When I zert a vm to the DR site, it takes on UTC time
which is 10 hours ahead of local time. After many attempts to resolve this within Zerto, I have
taken the route of pointing each vm to our local NTP server. This works but at times the time
adjustment takes several minutes after zerting.  To circumvent this, I put a "w32tm /resync" command in
the login script. This works perfectly but requires a login. Is the some way to speed up the syncing
to the NTP server without having to login??

PS  FWIW, AD is not involved.
