Run a PowerCLI to list all snapshots on my VMware server. However, I can't locate some snapshot (eg. IMSVA_replica is no longer exist, we only use IMSVA_replica1).

Any idea where does these snapshot locate ?

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Snapshots should always be in the VM folder, Only if manually were changed.

You can check here how to change the location  and to check if there is any rule to allocate in a different location:

You can also read a little more about snapshots here:

The reason you didint find the snapshot since its the replication snapshot , please check your Veeam configuration where you have configured the replication

Veeam doesn't leave snapshots in VMs.

Also Veeam uses VM settings location for the temp snapshots.
