Problem VBA Security Disable After Restart or Relogin Windows.

How are you changing settings? This explains the correct way to do it, With what's happening I would say it hasn't been set up correctly.

Change macro security settings in Excel

I am Changing Macro Security Level by Going Developer Tab and Security Option.
Also
I am Changing Macro Security by Going Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Macro Settings > Enable All Macros.

but with both way when i restart computer it disabled.

Please Guide Solution.

Enable all macros is not a good idea, it may allow malicious macros to run, you need to use Disable all macros with notification.

Whichever option though should not reset.

In the case of Professional, GPOs (AKA Sys admin rules) might be in the work. In that case, Nothing you can do.
