Moving subscriptions from one server to another.

I am moving databases and subscriptions from a SQL 2012 to a SQL 2016 instance. They have a few hundred subscriptions. How do I copy them from the old server to new server? The 2016 server will contain a complete copy of the SQL 2012 instance.

I have restored the SQL 2016 reports server database to a new SQL 2017 instance. When I try to launch SSRS I am greeted with this message: scale-out deployment is not supported in this edition of reporting services. Both SQL 2016 and SQL 2017 are standard editions. There is no enterprise edition in the mix.
