ActiveSync Exchange 2010 to 2016 Migration
Hey all - we are moving from SBS Exchange 2010 to Exchange 2016 (DAG) - and we have the new servers stood up. Now, we have a lot of mobile devices using Active Sync, i moved my mailbox from 2010 to 2016 - and my activesync stopped working. I thought the phone should automatically go to the new server?
My question is this, for those who have done this migration - does the phone need to be reconfigured (remove/re-add)? I thought it should be invisibile to the end users..

I agree with Cliff it will require verifying your migration steps / co-existence setup. The common error is SSL certificate setup and Namespace configuration of the legacy 2010 system.

That is a LONG link..
Main question - sounds like you guys did this migration without having to reconfigure (remove/readd account)
the mobile devices/laptops/ipads then ?

Cliff want to discuss you taking a look at this for me?
Most weekends I would. Unfortunately I've got a full weeks of work to cram into the next 48 hours. And am replying here between loading percentage bars only. There are some good exchange experts here though. A gig should treat you well.
