Security Alert Message Outlook 2013

We are running a Fax server- Windows Server 2012 and Outlook 2013. Recently we have been receiving a "Security Alert" popup that mentions a problem with the site's security certificate. This stops incoming fax messages until we clear the alert. Each time a new fax is received this alert windows pops up. The alert has an red x next to "The name on the certificate is invalid or does not match the name of the site". The web site for this company is hosted at another location and the Exchange server is also at another location. This problem recently cropped up but working perfectly fine previously. A new certificate has recently been issued to the company looking after our website by cPanel,Inc. Certification Authority. Would we need to make changes to the advanced records to alleviate this error?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The solution to this problem was to have an SSL certificate issued for the website associated to the business.
