Outlook 2016 util that displays notification if email address in current email doesn't have a contact created

Are there any utilities for Outlook 2016 that will display a notification (such as a dot next to the email address) if the email address in the current email I am reading doesn't have an Outlook contact created for it?

I need to make sure that there are contacts created for most every person who has emailed me and am looking for a utility such as this that will tell me whether or not the email address of the person who has emailed me has a contact.

Not to my knowledge, no. I look at a lot of add-ins for Outlook and I've never seen or noticed anything that does what you're wanting to do.

I hope that's helpful.

Can anyone provide me with the exact instructions on how to do this?

Or does anyone know of any utilities or add-ons I can purchase that will allow this to be done?
Hi Knowledgable,

There are no add-ins you can just download and install, you would have to have one created. Shaun Vermaak has given you a link to a Microsoft article that explains how add-ins are created and also suggested this can be done as a Gig.

In other words, it's far too much work to provide an add-in or teach you the process of creating one yourself in a step by step manner via a question answer.

Why not Email Shaun on site on site and ask him for a quote if you're willing to pay for it to be done for you?

Otherwise, the answer to your question, unfortunately, is that "It just can't be done" just as I indicated in my first comment.

Sorry, I realize it's not what you want to hear, but it is the best advice we can give to this particular question.

I hope that's helpful.

Regards, Andrew
Gday, Have you seen Xobni?
Even having Presence on in Lync or maybe Skype for business will show a vacant dot next to the contacts missing

I have read about Xobni and am really interested in getting it.

Please provide me with information on where I can download it from or sign up for using it.

Or what other programs or utilities similar to Xobni will mark the email address of the sender within Outlook 2016 to let me know whether that email address of person already has an Outlook contact created within my Outlook?
