Please try to reset OWA virtual directories.
If that doesn't work.
Uninstall CAS role and restart the server and install again. You need Exchange media to reinstall.

Get these results before removing CAS role.
You have to configure configure the same using "Set" instead of "Get"
You can set all at once using this. 
Check this for DNS setup and other errors if any.

If you login to the mailbox using localhot/owa what do you see in IIS logs on the server.

In Exchange 2010 you can check the IIS logs , look for the account which you are trying to access in the recent logs, see what entries you get and share the error code if possible.

Also check if the OWA app pool is running or not, you have proper IIS bindings for the default website in IIS or not.
