cannot install shared printer from win 7 pro pc to win xp pro pc

Installed a brother printer on a windows 7 pro desktop and shared it out to everyone.  This office has 2 computers that are in the same workgroup and connected to a hub.  The other computer is windows xp pro.  I search for the computer name of the machine that is sharing out the printer and it shows the printer that I want to install.  I right click and click connect.  Then I get the message attached that the wrong printer driver is installed.  It tells me I can search for the correct one, which I downloaded from the web but I seem to not be able to find the correct one.  Every time I think I select the right driver file it says that it does not contain the right driver file.

This printer does not support Windows XP. There may be some universal drivers out there that would work, but you will have to manually unpack them and change the driver it points too on the system. The issue with printer sharing is its taking the currently installed printer on the Windows 7 and migrating it to your XP system. Since this printer isn't supported on XP it doesn't know how to write.
