Can you give us the NAS Model/Brand and the firmware version you used?

Netgear ReadyNAS RN214 4 bay.   I do not know what version of the firmware is installed, as I cannot access the NAS to find out.   It worked fine until I updated the firmware.

Two options to find the IP address.

1) Physically go to the NAS and use the LED screen to find the assigned IP address. You may even need to set it static.
2) Use a program on the same subnet as the NAS like "Advanced IP Scanner" to locate the current assigned IP address. Below is a link to the free tool. Its great and easy to use.
