Error RDP
Hi,
Please, With the release of the Windows 10 Version 1703 Microsoft introduced a bug in the remote desktop connection.
It was no longer possible to connect to a Remote Desktop Gateway server running. When trying to start our RDP, our customers would immediately receive the following error:
"Your computer can't connect to the Remote Desktop Gateway server..." Attached error.
Please do you know what is the step to resolve this error or what is the windows patch to fix it .

Is the Remote Desktop Gateway server on the latest version? If not, it may just need updating to make the problem go away.

Have you checked your firewall for conflicts?
Check your advanced network sharing options to ensure Network Discovery is ON and Homegroup is OFF.
Check that Allow remote connections is Enabled on the target machine.

The only reason I have seen for this issue with V1703 is the Printer Resource settings in RDP.
On the Windows 10 machine, double check the RDP settings and ensure Printer is OFF under resources.
Now open cmd.exe with Run as Administrator and run:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Now restart the Windows 10 Computer and test.
Also upgrade this computer to V1709 and test again.

First do you have any other Windows 10 machine to test with.
Second, consider doing a repair install

Windows 10 is running, so click on the Download button (not Upgrade Button, select Open (Run) but NOT Save. Allow the program to run. Allow drivers to update. Then select Keep Everything
First do you have any other Windows 10 machine to test with.

Yes but I can't because we don't remove all configuration and applications and install it

Restart the computer and test.
That has worked for me.
