Hi,

You can use the LOWER() function to convert to lower-case for this.

Permanent:
UPDATE
  MyTable
SET
  MyColumn = LOWER(MyColumn)

Open in new window

Temporary:
SELECT
  LOWER(MyColumn) AS MyColumn
FROM
  MyTable

Open in new window

Cheers

@motioneye,

what do you mean by "display an output  in the specific column as small letter "

if you mean lower case, then wrap the column in LOWER(yourcolumn)  as demonstrated by dfke

see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/t-sql/functions/lower-transact-sql

or do you mean some kind of replacement value ?

An example would help...
