Historic report memory usage Windows Server

Hi,

I have a Windows Server 2012 R2 with 8GB memory. At this server we have several applications running. Now, I want to monitor the memory usage during a certain day. So I want a historic report for a certain day that gives information what the memory usage is, so I can check whether this 8GB is enough.

How can I get such a report? Anyone experience with setting up this information?

Regards,

Arne

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Run Performance Monitor and setup a log.  Here's a blog on it - but there's plenty more and plenty more information online for doing this kind of thing...
