That's just the regular autodiscover.xml, but one is generated for every additional account/mailbox you have added. Shared mailboxes, Public folders, &nbsp;even including things such as Office 365 Groups if you are in the cloud.

One of our Admins in US has access to our mail server, he is on office 365 as not all of our accounts have been moved, I can see a log in exchange to say he has logged into one of our CEO's mailboxs and our CEO's email address.xml is showen on his app data on his local laptop but I can't see anywhere where he has given himself access to the mailbox...I'm confused as to what is going on.<br />

Access will not necessarily be reflected in the autodiscover.xml file, this is only true when Full Access permissions are used with Automapping. But there are many other ways to facilitate access. I was under the impression that users in the cloud couldn't use automapping....the account would be added into outlook manually? &nbsp;What would explain the log in the Mail Servers event viewer to say the user logged into our CEO's mailbox? &nbsp;I just can't find a permission to his mailbox entry.
