I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Have a look at the SendInBlue API documentation for C#: Getting started with SendinBlue and look specifically at Creating and Updating a User. The sample code given here is:

    using System;
    using System.Collections.Generic;
    using mailinblue;

    namespace SendinblueTest
      class Program
        static void Main(string[] args)
			API sendinBlue = new mailinblue.API("your access key");
			Dictionary<string, Object> data = new Dictionary<string, Object>();
			Dictionary<string, string> attributes = new Dictionary<string, string>();
				attributes.Add("NAME", "name");
				attributes.Add("FROM", "surname");
			List listid = new List();
			List listid_unlink = new List();
			data.Add("email", "");
			data.Add("attributes", attributes);
			data.Add("listid", listid);
			data.Add("listid_unlink", listid_unlink);
			data.Add("blacklisted", 0);
			data.Add("blacklisted_sms", 1);

			Object createUpdatetUser = sendinBlue.create_update_user(data);
