Outlook 2013 client's email is not updating mail

Good morning,

I am having problem with the Outlook 2013 mail client not updating mail.  New email is not coming unless I manually click on the Update Folder.  I have followed some of Microsoft's solution step to repair but no success.  Please help.

Try to use your Outlook WITHOUT cache mode enabled

Follow MS's steps (obviously, in it, it's about ENABLING, obviously, just use the same steps, just DISABLE it)

If pressing F9 solves your problem, then do this:

tab Send / Receive > Send/Receive Groups > Define...
tick 2 boxes called "schedule an automatic..."
Set the minutes (for example, 5 mins)

No, i try that with 1 minute and still is not updating.

Thank you very much.  It seem to be working after disabling Use Cached Exchange Mode.  You can close the ticket.
