we have one application AWS which ingests email from certain mail boxes through IMAP protocol

we need to check on our exchange 2010 DAG server which other application systems are trying to ingest emails from exchange mail boxes through IMAP

should we enable protocol logging, if so where and what are the  commands used to check which application uses IMAP to ingest emails from mailboxes in our environment

we need to enable protocol logging , any command or GUI procedure will help

you should be able to dig into the CAS logs to get this information.
