MS SSO for MS Desktop Applications (OneDrive for Business | Skype)

Hello,

I have a testlab environment that has

A local DC (Server 2016) with ADSync to AzureAD
E3 trial subscription
Some Windows 10 Client machines on same LAN as local AD

When a user logs on the client machine, you need to enter username+password for desktop installed apps, such as onedrive and skype.
I dream about SSO and wonder if it can be used to make these desktop apps signin automatically
I'm looking for a way the user would only need to type the username+password for logon to the computer/domain, not to keep having to re-type it for each desktop installed application.

How can I get SSO working with Microsoft Desktop installed apps ?

Hi Kyle,

I'm surprised no one has commented on this question.   Yes, if possible I would still like to see if anyone else has a comment for me.

Keep in mind, SSO will only work if the desktop log in is the same as the One Drive and Skype log in. Is your AD sync making sure that is the case?

(From what you describe, it sound like it is.)

Good luck...

To enable this feature you need to enable seamless SSO with Azure AD Connect reference.
