MS Access query

Hello,

I'm having trouble with this query.  Here's the code and output as it is now:

SELECT qryArisGet.ID, qryArisGet.POS_NR, qryArisGet.Aris,"" as Shape
FROM qryArisGet
WHERE (((qryArisGet.ID)=12203737))

UNION all
SELECT qryShapeGet.ID, qryShapeGet.POS_NR, "" as Aris,qryShapeGet.Shape
FROM qryShapeGet
WHERE (((qryShapeGet.ID)=12203737))

access
What I need it to do though is group on ID and POS_NR.  I believe you would do a Max on Aris and Shape to give you this but I can't get the syntax right.  This is the result that I need:

Thanks for your help,
Joel

I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Try this:

SELECT
    qryArisGet.ID, qryArisGet.POS_NR, qryArisGet.Aris, qryShapeGet.Shape
FROM
    qryArisGet, qryShapeGet
GROUP BY
    qryArisGet.ID, qryShapeGet.ID, qryArisGet.POS_NR, qryShapeGet.POS_NR, qryArisGet.Aris
HAVING
    qryArisGet.ID=12203737 And qryArisGet.ID=qryShapeGet.ID And qryArisGet.POS_NR=qryShapeGet.POS_NR
