Need info on signing up for & using Xobni

I'm interested in signing up for and using Xobni (which is Inbox spelled backward).

When I go to Xobni.com I am redirected to http://address.yahoo.com/xobni. A lot of the links from this site don't work.

Also when I google, download, and install Xobni from other sites the Xobni program doesn't seem to work properly.

Further information about Xobni can be found here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xobni.

I'm most interested in Xobni since I understand that it has a feature that will let you know whether or not someone who has emailed you within Outlook has an Outlook contact created or not.

So where can I find a functional version of this product (with a free product preferred) that will allow me to have this feature that will let me know whether or not someone who has emailed me has an Outlook contact created or not?

Please provide me with the exact URL address of where I can download a version of Xobni that will allow me to do this or provide me with support information on how Xobni can be configured to do this. I need to do this within Outlook 2016 on a Windows 10 Pro computer.

You want to know if someone else created a contact? is that your question?
if xobni has this feature it would be illegal in my country (privacy).

or is your question, if someone mails me, I want to know whether I created a contact for this person?

I need to make sure that there are contacts created for almost every person who has emailed me and am looking for a utility such as this that will tell me whether or not the email address of the person who has emailed me already has a contact that has been created within my Outlook.
