Start up repair after log on through symantic encryption

Has anyone ever experienced an issue with Dell Precision 3510 going straight to startup repair in windows 10 Pro x64 after logging in through encryption?

Was the disk checked before encryption was implemented? It sounds like the drive might be unhealthy. Are you able to boot into Windows OK?

Yes I was able to get past the startup repair loop and restored to a previous restore point and was able to fix it
