Export Mac Mail data into Microsoft Outlook

Hi,

 I have Mac Users who use MAIL program on Macbook and they use GoDaddy email service. Their GoDaddy email account is set up as IMAP.
 I like to move them to Microsoft Exchange Online service and install MS Outlook on their Macbook.
 I am familiar with Outlook Import/Export with PST files, but that is not the case with Mac Mail program.
 How do I export Emails/Contact/Calendar from Mac Mail program and bring them into Microsoft Outlook?

Thanks.

Since it's IMAP, you should just be able to connect to the Mail server with Outlook and it should start loading all the mail from the IMAP server.  If the user created local mail folders and migrated data out, then you will need to create a new folder and transfer all that mail to the mail server.

@serialband,
Come to think of it, it is IMAP. Everything that is GoDaddy email account will be synchronized when I create a new user profile in MS Outlook.
Therefore contact, calendar will also be downloaded to the local hard drive.
Then how do I switch GoDaddy email account to MS exchange online account? Just create a new email account in the same Outlook profile?

Open the old account with Mac Outlook, connected as IMAP, then open the new Mail account.  You should be able to drag and drop the mail.  It might take a while if there's a lot of mail.  There is no way to export from Apple Mail to be imported by Outlook.  Apple Mail exports as Apple's MBox format, a special folder with individual email files underneath.  Outlook 2016 for Mac only imports PST, OLM and older Outlook 2011.

So basically Mac Outlook would have two accounts and I will be doing drag and drop the mail between two accounts. I get that.
How about Contacts and Calendar?

Once you're logged in with Outlook, you should be able to export those from one account, then import it with the other.
