can we reset the password for shared mailbox, where in AD as I believe shared mailbox have disabled account

yes you can reset the password of the shared mailbox. generally a shared mailbox is a disabled account, but if you need to reset it for some reason, you can reenable the account then reset the password and disable it again. you shouldnt need to reset it though.
