Need to charge by the minute for online seminars

Need to charge by the minute for online seminars

I have a subject which is super captivating...but so new, people may fear spending money up front for a ticket to my inline seminar.

I'd like to find a way to "charge by the minute".

When they cut out, their bill is calculated.

There could be the first five minutes free, for example.

Does this exist??

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

create 2 video's the 5 minute preview and the remainder
check user if paid or not
if not paid play 5 minute video, offer to pay and play the rest
if paid use a playlist that plays video 1 and video 2

I need a billing mechanism that can charge customers by the minute. AND, these will be live seminars.

I will be speaking and with luck, the topic will grip them, and keep people for the whole show.

I am on t going to build this from scratch. I have been around too long to consider doing that.

I need a profession and fully functional web seminar platform, and hope I can entice people in with a low cost per minute, like $0.25.

If they stay the whole show, and 5 minutes are free, they are billed $6.25.

If they like it, they will come back for the next one. If I can get a hundred people like that, I stand to make some money.

But I have no plans to "roll my own" conferencing solution. So, I was hoping to learn about tools that let me charge by the minute.
