Can not find my Square Marquee Tool<br />

Can not find my Square Marquee Tool

I only see the following...



I removed the file for Photoshop preferences 

/Users/UsersName/Library/Preferences/com.adobe.Photoshop.plist

and restarted PhotoShop.

But the tool never arrived.

Suggestions?
