Can no longer move image with Marching Ants

When I successfully select a layer, with an image, the layer is surrounded with Marching Ants. But when I use the arrow kay to move it, the image does  not follow.

How do I select the image too??

Does it still exist?

Try to turn Layers on and off so you get an idea what is on each layer. If the image you want to move is the only thing on the layer you don't have to select it. Just use the Move tool to move it around. However, watch the Control panel, to the left, where it says: Auto-Select. You might watn to take the Auto-Selection of or have it on.

HTML5 and CSS3 Fundamentals

Build a website from the ground up by first learning the fundamentals of HTML5 and CSS3, the two popular programming languages used to present content online. HTML deals with fonts, colors, graphics, and hyperlinks, while CSS describes how HTML elements are to be displayed.

The Move tool is to the left of your Marquee tool, according to the picture you uploaded. Shortcut for that tool is V.

Thanks. How do I use the V shortcut on a Mac?
The V (letter V on the Keyboard) has the same use on both mac and a pc, selecting the Move tool. (That is, you cannot be typing text with the Text tool when you want to use V for this shortcut).
