PDF freeze on Acrobat DC

Hi Guys

Need you help on a weird adobe acrobat DC problem.  I have a user that is randomly having problem opening pdf with Adobe acrobat DC.   I have try the following and close off cloud

Open Reader's preferences and go to the "General" category. Uncheck the two "Show online storage..." options. This will not connect to Adobe's "Document Cloud" when you try to open a document.
·         Open Reader's preferences and go to the "Documents" category. Set the number of files in the recently used list to 1 (this will remove all your files that you have recently used from that list). If this fixes your problem, then there may be something wrong with one of the files that you've recently used (e.g. a network drive no longer being available).
·         Open Reader's preferences and go to the "Security (Enhanced)" category and set "Protected View" to "Off" and uncheck "Enable Enhanced Security".
Best regards

The direction above does not seems stop the random freeze it could happen opening pdf on outlook or  just a desktop pdf.

best regards

For this issue, the first thing to try is a new, test, Windows User Profile (Account). Log into the new Windows Account and test Adobe in the new Account.

Please let us know.

What operating system. You may need to do a Windows Repair Install on the machine.
Hello! I have the same problem. Try to create a new account. It helped me to solve with my sites, for example, this one. If you are going to do it, tell me.

Since this is a cloud version it seem to authenticate randomly to adobe.  Also the tech at adobe also added full access to adobe program. They told me if it freeze again.  they need to something else, still waiting to escalation team to call back at adobe.  pretty bad. sorry for the late reply waiting for adobe to reply back.  thanks
