Sharepoint, InfoPath and Oracle integration

We have a form set up with Sharepoint 2013 and InfoPath 2010.  We also have Oracle 12..
What is the best way to automatically get the information into an Oracle table on a periodic basis (nightly) or to have the ability of Oracle to link to it?

The catch is we are in a corporate environment and do not have access to the Sharepoint server, SHarepoint Designer or Internet Information Services.

It sounds like it will be very difficult (more like impossible) to do this "automatically" on a periodic basis, if you don't have access to the Sharepoint server.

However, it may be possible to use the "form" you have set up.   Is that a data entry form for this SharePoint data?  Does all of the data you are interested in get entered through this form?  Can that form be modified to include an ODBC connection to Oracle?  If your answer is "yes" to all of these, then you should be able to at least capture the new data from now on.  That won't help you get existing Sharepoint data into Oracle, but without access to the SharePoint server, I don't know of a way that you will be able to automate that anyway.
