Outlook Web App Policies

Hello All,

I apply default outlook web app policies on all Exchange 2016 users, but while creating a new user they are not getting policy restriction by default. I have to apply it manually.
Do we have any command to enable or make it true? which give us the ability to apply default web app policy on new user and old users.
How I can remove all those pictures from users who already added on their display images?Outlook display because we blocked with default web app policy, but how I can remove who already added.

You need to set the new Outlook Web App Policy by setting it to default (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/client-access/Set-OwaMailboxPolicy?view=exchange-ps):

Set-OwaMailboxPolicy <policy> -IsDefault $True

If you need to modify the OWA Mailbox Policy for a user, use the Set-CASMailbox cmdlet (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/client-access/set-casmailbox?view=exchange-ps):

Set-CasMailbox <identity> -OwaMailboxPolicy <policy>

If you need to remove a user photo, use the Remove-UserPhoto cmdlet (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powershell/module/exchange/mailboxes/remove-userphoto?view=exchange-ps):

Remove-UserPhoto <identity>
