Cannot view folders in Source Control Explorer. &nbsp;I closed out of it and now it won't show up. Please see screenshots attached. &nbsp;I checked toolbars, various explorers and option to see if I can see them again but I can't seem to find it. &nbsp; &nbsp;Can someone tell me how to make the folder explorer appear again.<br />

Cannot view folders in Source Control Explorer.  I closed out of it and now it won't show up. Please see screenshots attached.
