Do I need to install all folders in the Windows 10 recovery image to the USB?

When creating a recovery image for my Microsoft Surface, I am supposed to start by creating a USB recovery drive and then download a recovery image for my specific Surface. This download is a zip-file, and after having decompressed its content, I am advised to drag all these files to the created USB recovery drive and replace all files in the target. However, in the decompressed Surface folder I find dozens of folders that seem to be language specific having names like "fr-ca", "hu-hu", "it-it", "ja-jp", etc. (See attached screen dump). Do I really need to drag all these folders as well over to my USB recovery drive? Is it not enough to only include the language folder I want to install?Screen capture of recovery image folder content
