How to install this Drupal Module two times with different names?
Hello,
I have installed this module in my drupal website and it works fine.
In my website I want to use it at one more different location with some customization. For this purpose I want to install this module again with different name. I have tried by changing the module name with different name and use that name in different locations but the module cannot visible in Admin Section .
Anyone with Drupal experience can help?

Actually I am using a Drupal Module and due to that the Main Website Search works.
Now I need to add search with few customizations to use it at some other page. You can say it a secondary or mini search.
Due to that I want to reuse that module.
And I have knowledge of drupal. Hope you got my point.

The search module comes with a block that you can place on any page. I'm sure you should find you can do what you want without duplicating the module.

The long answer: you can but why would you? It would probably cause you all kinds of problems especially when it comes to data storage etc. They way you would do it is to rename all occurrences of the module name in function names etc. Unless you’re a programmer and have an understanding of Drupal and module development then I would not do this. It’s highly likely you will end up with a broken site. Again, why would you want to do this? It doesn’t make sense to.
