When install Mysql enterprise monitor in windows server 2012  and at the end of the install , I had the error message as in the screenshot. Can anyone elaborate to me why I keep getting the same error ? I had several times uninstall and do the installation again. The same error still pop up.

The browser also not displaying  due to v problems with website certificate security.

Hello,

In the browser message where you indicate problems with the certificate, click on "Continue to this website" to validate if you can see the interface.

Regarding the error message during installation, the error indicates access denied, are you placing the password during installation ?, or leave the passoword field blank ?, places a password with special characters to validate that the message does not appear at the end installation.

Attached a reference link that helps you solve the problem:

I remain attentive to your comments.

Greetings.

Hi,
Yes I have clicked  on "Continue to this website" then it turn with page cannot be display.

I'm putting the password for service_manager during the installation and there is no any option for me to put the password for root during the installation.
